From first contact with Dennis around installing two ramps, through the installation by JR and Dennis ...this was a great experience. They adapted the final product to accommodate the needs of the Home owner (we are renting the home) and did a replacement with grab bars. Excellent clean up and careful construction. I plan to use this company for a scooter purchase as well.

THEIR ABILITY TO GO WITH THE FLOW! I had reserved a wheelchair for 10 days and then, a day before delivery, discovered I needed a lift chair as well. They happened to have one available because of a service change and were able to deliver both at the same time. Their ability to accommodate the change in my order and add a second item the day before delivery surpassed my expectations. But what impressed me the most was the delivery person's steadiness in delivery, his knowledgeable assembly, and his commitment to ensuring we knew best practices for using the mobility devices. Thank you for helping us make our holiday a little bit more mobile!

I have been a customer for three years and have experience wonderful customer service. After my 3rd back surgery in Sept 2022 it was necessary to have a lift installed in my home to maintain my independence. This was the best decision I ever made! The lift is very easy to use and allows me worry free assistance to get up and down my stairs. I also have used Mobility Plus for grab bar installation in both bathrooms. I am very pleased with their equipment and service!

Mobility Plus is an excellent company to do business with. No flimflam, no changing prices, just professionalism. They helped us find the scooter that could travel on airplanes and cruise ships, and explained the battery and charging system. They clearly detailed the operation and benefits of the scooter we purchased. They do not take insurance but offer the best equipment available.

Our Story
Gary and Dan Ross are no strangers to mobility challenges. Gary injured his back while on active duty and underwent back surgery in 2010. While the surgery was a success, Gary routinely suffers from low back pain and spasms, which often require the use of a mobility device. Gary’s mother was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and Dan’s mother required two knee replacement surgeries. These experiences led to the realization that there was a huge need for local mobility stores across the United States with trained mobility consultants who understand mobility challenges and can offer mobility solutions.
After researching business opportunities for over a year, Gary and Dan decided to open several Mobility Plus franchises in the Tucson area where you can get your scooter or powerchair batteries tested for free, talk to friendly mobility consultants about your unique challenges, rent mobility equipment for short-term solutions, purchase mobility equipment for long-term solutions, and receive quality service and repairs by trained technicians.
