Mobility Plus Lithia Springs has the BEST customer service! Dominque, my sales associate, was incredibly nice, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. She was so willing and eager to help every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend! THANK YOU Dominque!

Dominique saved us last Saturday! I was traveling with my 88-year-old mother and she needed a better way to sit up in bed besides piling pillows. We happened to pass Mobility Plus, and wheeled in. Dominique was so kind, she brought a couple of options out to the car so my mother wouldn't have to get out (she uses a wheelchair). Later that day, our hotel bed was too high, so I raced back over to Mobility Plus and grabbed a handle with a platform, too. Prices are reasonable and service is fantastic. Many thanks to Dominique and her team at Mobility Plus - you are a blessing!

My husband finally agreed it was time to obtain a mobility chair due to his on-going medical issues. General Manager Kwasi met us at the door and Owner Dominique saw our every need was met. Both offered advice on best solutions for a very tall man. Like Goldilocks, we found the one that was 'just right.' It has been a month of experimenting with fast and slow speeds in the new Golden Cricket and his enjoying some independence once again. We weren't close to the store, but the drive made the visit worth it. We would recommend Mobility Plus on Thornton Road to anyone needing mobility devises or other durable medical equipment. The store was full of things we didn't need, but it was fun to look at them all. Definitely a five-star experience.

Mobility Plus has been a Godsend. My mother's scooter would not charge they repaired the scooter in a timely manner and provided a quality loaner at a very reasonable rate. I was kept updated on the progress of the repair and parts replacement. I was treated with r espect and care. I highly recommend

My mom also has a thick French accent, and asked many questions but this did not discourage Dominique from helping her. Ms. Conteh was patient and continued to ask about her health needs in general. She was excellent in finding a practical solution for her healthcare issue and provided her with a portable commode to use in her bedroom. Dominique Conteh provided service that was truly above and beyond! Thanks to both of your outstanding support, my mother left not only with a brand-new scooter, but purchased other medical supplies that would make her feel independent as a senior. I was reassured that my mom had received the best care possible only because you both took time to ask extra questions that was necessary.
