I am so glad that I rented a scooter from Mobility Plus. I was nervous about how everything would work but they took the worries away. Pickup took just a couple minutes with great education on how the scooter works. Drop off was even faster! They took the scooter and processed the return so I can quickly get my deposit back. I highly suggest renting from mobility plus. The care was top notch! Thank you for taking good care of me! ❤️

I have been to this store 3 or 4 times now and have rented a wheelchair/transport chair a few times for a visiting family member. I have also purchased a few items and finally bought a very nice transport chair for my Mother-in-Law. The owners, Craig and Melissa, go out of their way to give great customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and have a great variety of mobility items at different price points. Their rental rates are very reasonable as well. Great store!

This Anne Lorusso posting this review. My husband broke the bracket that holds the joystick in place on his electric wheelchair. I went to the store today and spoke with the owner, who by the way was wonderful, and asked me to leave the bracket and come back later. The bracket was secured with epoxy and looks like it will be fine. I can't recommend this place enough. Helpful, caring, and determined to help the best way they could. I can see why this place has five star reviews. If the need arises again this will be my go to place.

Mobility Plus Lake Norman is wonderful! I needed two wheelchairs for my parents for an out of town graduation. They were able to meet my needs with no problems. The staff are super nice, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Highly recommend Mobility Plus Lake Norman. Very knowledgeable and willing to go beyond expectations in explaining options. First time ever renting a wheelchair, and had zero knowledge. They took the time to fully explain options and cost. I could not be happier or more impressed with their service.
