The owners at Mobility Plus were amazing and extremely helpful. I needed to rental a scooter to attend the Eucharistic Congress in Charlotte after a knee surgery. Walking for hours on crutches was not going to be a viable option. The owners helped me rent the right size for my needs, showed my husband and I how to break it down easily to transport it, and return it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Craig has repaired our scooter twice AND rescued us when we were out of state trying to get a rental to work that we rented somewhere else! A phone call to Craig got us up and running! He’s such an amazing resource because he is able to do his own technical work and installations! If you need a scooter, ramps or anything at all to make disability and mobility a little easier, we wouldn’t go anywhere else! After needing repairs, I would never buy online and be stuck when something goes wrong!

We just returned from a wonderful week in Lake Norman. The folks at Mobility Plus dropped off a mobility scooter at our hotel, and picked it up at the end of the week. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic. I will definitely contact them again the next time we are in the area.

Craig, the owner, was so very helpful. We came to Lake Norman for a week. We decided midweek to take a day trip to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville. An 86 year old in our group needed assistance. Thinking we needed a scooter, I called Craig. He walked me through the options. Turns out that the "premium rollabrator" was a better solution. It worked great. Everyone in our group had a grand time. The rental transaction at Mobility Plus Lake Norman was smooth, simple and easy. Highly recommended!!!

Just had scooter and shower bar delivered and installed. A lot of 5 star reviews are for good normal service. This guy goes well beyond that and exceeds 5 stars by a lot. All I can do is put it here in the comment. The store is stocked with equipment. You can try a scooter or chair before buying. All promises were kept and worth every penny. I drove from Kannapolis to this store and do not regret it at all. If you need mobility equipment, there is no better place in this area.
