I am so glad that I rented a scooter from Mobility Plus. I was nervous about how everything would work but they took the worries away. Pickup took just a couple minutes with great education on how the scooter works. Drop off was even faster! They took the scooter and processed the return so I can quickly get my deposit back. From the time that me and my 85 year old mother walked in the door to the time we walked out of the door with a brand new electric scooter craig was absolutely amazing, he took his time with my mom, who was very nervous, answered all her questions.And gave her a wonderful customer service.he is awesome!!! Thank you , craig , we will recommend you to everybody!!!She loves her new wheels
