As a licensed professional in the field of Physical Therapy and Director of Clinical Operations he has experienced a great deal, he states, "I've observed firsthand the increased need for mobility and adaptive solutions; therefore, my mission is to bridge the gaps to independence". I can't say enough about Phil and Mobility Plus!!! From my very first phone call, I was treated with kindness and respect. Phil went out of his way to find the scooter I wanted and to get it ordered and delivered to the store for me to come see it and try it out. I live almost an hour from Solon and none of the local stores close to me were willing to order this particular scooter. But Phil didn't hesitate to go the extra mile. I did not have to agree to purchase it or pay a re-stocking fee if I didn't purchase it. He was more than happy to order it so I could see it and try it before I bought it and spent several thousands of dollars!! The purchase went very smoothly. Phil also gave me a very nice trade in allowance for my old scooter. I highly recommend Mobility Plus to everyone who needs anything Mobility related. He has a beautiful showroom with all kinds of products to see and try out!! And Phil is a great owner/salesman!! Very honest and down to earth!!! So happy I found Mobility Plus!!!

As a new amputee I went to look at scooters ,Phil was very patient and very informative I purchased the Baja scooter and I love it. Phil Zito, the owner of Mobility Plus in Solon, helped my family through an incredibly challenging time. My mother had an accident and subsequent surgery that left her non weight bearing for a prolonged time. There was no physical way for us to safely get my mom into and out of her home for the multiple doctors appointments that followed surgery. When I called Phil at the time of the accident (prior to her surgery) and explained the situation, he arranged to immediately have a roll away ramp delivered to her home to allow us to get her in and out with a wheelchair. Phil was empathetic, knowledgeable, and extremely quick to provide the help we needed. He and his store, Mobility Plus, are a true asset to our community. I whole heartedly recommend Mobility Plus for all of your home equipment needs. Thank you so much, Phil!
