Mobility Plus Buford, GA

We needed a folding, lightweight, durable electric wheelchair for my grandson with special needs. He is in college at UNG Dahlonega, and was using a heavier electric chair. We wanted something easier to travel with. Went in to see David at Mobility Plus Buford. He showed us various models that might work, based on our requirements, and we were able to test drive each one both inside and outside the store ... inclines, rough terrain, and all. David was very kind and understanding ... not pushy. We chose the Pride Jazzy Ultralight and are very pleased with the purchase. After owning and using the chair for awhile, my 19 yr old grandson, who wants everything to go fast, complained that it was slow to turn and back up. I called David and he went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer, procure a special cable, and then to reprogram the controller to my grandson's desires. Since we "souped it up", we did have to sign a disclaimer but we were happy to do so. My grandson is very happy with his new fast ride and we're happy that it is half the weight of his other chair. We're all very thankful for the great support we got from David and Mobility Plus Buford.

Mr. Kim was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He helped my mother-in-law last year when we purchased a walker, so we came back to rent an electric scooter because we knew we would receive excellent service. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and showed me several times how to break the scooter down and put it back together until I felt completely confident. Thanks to his excellent instructions, I had no problems using the scooter at all. I truly appreciate his professionalism and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store and will definitely return for any future mobility needs!

David and Brandon were amazing!!! They were so helpful and went above and beyond! Truly words can’t describe how wonderful and easy it was to work with them. Fantastic experience. I needed a wider (42") hospital bed quickly, and Peter was extremely helpful. He put me on hold to actually measure the bed to make sure it would fit my needs. The rental payment was easily and securely done on my phone. They were able to install it on a day/time that was convenient for me and performed complete white glove installation and demonstration. I rented a hospital table as well, which they forgot, but Peter brought it back by on his way home from work. Excellent knowledge of their products, great customer service, super easy communication, reasonable rental fees with the option for an open ended rental. Very pleased with Mobility Plus.

I highly recommend Mobility Plus. From the moment I walked into their showroom it was a great experience. David was working that day and he was so professional. He answered all our many questions and even followed up with a text when we left. We rented one of their lift chairs to help with recovery from shoulder replacement. I was so glad he had them in stock and were able to deliver it quickly. The deliver guy, Brandon was so nice and professional. He set it up, cleaned up and was on his way in no time. I really appreciate the team at Mobility Plus. I highly recommend them for all of your medical equipment needs! You won't regret it!
