I had to help my mom shop for mobility scooters. This was not an an easy item to shop for online since there are so many different choices out there. I wanted to talk to a real person, so I called Mobility Plus in Greenwood, IN. Sam took the time over the phone to explain the differences between a couple of scooters I had found online and what he carried in the store. His knowledge and experience helped guide us to the perfect scooter for my mom. The purchase was made by phone, and Sam met me after normal business hours so I could pick up the scooter. He had the scooter ready to go, gave me a short tutorial on assembling, disassembly and the operation of the scooter, and he helped me load it into my truck. Before buying a scooter online, I recommend calling Sam at Mobility Plus. You won't be disappointed.

I rented a mobility scooter from Sam at Mobility Plus Greenwood, for a 3-week vacation and was very happy with the decision in doing so. Sam was very good with communication and had the scooter ready to go when we picked it up. He took his time in showing us how to break it down/put it back together after use. If you need a short term rental or are thinking about purchasing one, please give them your consideration.

I have been purchasing mobility equipment from Sam for the past five years, including two lift chairs, a hospital bed, an upgraded version and numerous indoor and outdoor ramps. Sam’s customer service is second to no one. He recently spent many hours trying to find a particular chair that I wanted. The big question is why would you buy from Sam when other dealers who may be closer to you carry the same equipment. The answer is simple. It’s Sam himself and his excellent customer service. You can’t go wrong.

Had a knee replacement and needed a scooter for a convention I was attending. The owner took great care of me, the scooter was well priced and I was able to have a great time without too much pain. Mobility Plus is highly recommended by me!
